Official notice to Gov Hiuik owner and unknown claimants that portions of Lot 3 in Anita Iowa are abandoned after ten years. The Evergreen Association of Anita Iowa orders the lot to be deemed abandoned and reverted, effective December 23, by sections 566.20 to 566.27 of the 1950 Iowa Code.
The Glehn Cemetery Association of Anita issues an official notice to Esse Davis and James Davis, owners of the mapped lot, and to unknown claimants, directing action regarding the described parcel and its heirs.

The Evergreen Cemetery Association of Anita Iowa declares that the unused portion of Lot 2 in Thockers Field is abandoned for lack of care for over ten years. Past due annual care and charges must be paid within one year from December 22 1953 at the cemetery treasurer’s office in Anita Iowa or the lot reverts to the association. Clyde Pratt executor and Charles E Walker attorney file notice for estate claims.
A long, partial notice recalls Union Christening events at Cone Congregational Church with Sunday school at ten and worship at eleven, urging attendance, subscription renewals for the Upper Room, and Student Recognition Day on January 1 1956. It also notes 1925 church happenings and local ad copy.
The Church of Christ announces Clarence Bangs as supply minister with 10:00 a.m. Sunday school and 11:00 a.m. preaching. Youth meeting led by Lois Nichols follows services.

Certificate issued at Des Moines on the 71st day of November A D 1955 by N P Black.
In Cass County Iowa the district court issues notice that the undersigned has been appointed and qualified as Executor of the estate of Mamie Prac, deceased. All persons indebted to the deceased or her estate must pay then due to the Executor or as directed by the court.
The 28 December 1905 issue of The New Racket features Misses hose ads and notes on cultural decline with a front page promotion of Wine of Cardus. Clifton Blakesley heads west while Ed L Richardson and son. Worthing family. Valentine Wiegand. and Sherman Myers as editor and postmaster are noted for recent events in Anita.

A 20 year old reminiscence recalls Anita entertaining at a local cheese factory event and a Congregational Church Christmas gathering. The Anita Rialte Theatre plans to show the Night at the Opera film by the Naras Brothers, with Mrs Count Standwate and Walter Vartil noted among attendees.
Anita recalls events from December 27 1045 including anniversaries and visits. The notes mention Mr and Mrs celebrated their anniversary, Mrs Andrew Wiesand and Miss M WK Spanien of Atlin, and Bricker of Stal chols among others. The Congregational choir honors Miss Theo Crawford and Edward E Rugiles wed on Sunday December 30. Paul R. Brown was involved with Anita Tribime.
Recent inductees include George McDerm son of Mrs Harold MeDermott Ch ier Holland son of Mr and Mes J Holland and Dean Beecher son Mr and Mrs Charles Beecher. Mr and Mrs Alfred Dement moved to West Main. Kinney at Methodist Church and Lucilie Wag editor of the Suita Pr Taue.
Fred Sheley marked his 87th birthday while Mrs. Lawrence Christensen recently celebrated an anniversary. Margaret and David Ash hosted at Jensen's Red and White, as Anita Tribune notes a local observance and community grocery fête.
