Mrs Nora Beers Bell through her attorneys filed a partition suit in district court seeking division of the Anderson Bell estate. Defendants include B Campbell J C Sparks Walter S Campbell and Daisy Campbell and administrator T H Whitney. She asks for partition of East Fifth street property to obtain her share due to unresolved heirs dispute.
