The State Services for Crippled Children plans a diagnostic clinic in Atlantic on August 17 offering free evaluation for under 21s. Eligible counties include Shelby, Audubon, Guthrie, Pottawattamie, Cass, Adair, Adams, Montgomery, Mills, Harrison, and Page.
