Florida land deal eyed as big Hillsborough project
Senator James E. Bruce acquires more than 13 000 acres near Riverview from W M Blue and associates for over 200 000 dollars. The virgin pine tract fronts four miles on the brick road and will yield about 38 million feet of lumber left for general development. Bruce plans ready made farms and undeveloped tracts with possible citrus development to attract northern buyers and retiring business men.
