It approved the Indian Creek Drainage Project No 3 report disallowing most damages except right of way and deemed the drain a public benefit. It accepted bridge and culvert bids totaling $33 695.00 and $14 614.00 and $21 843.00 and $16 515.00, appropriated 3000.09 to the Cass County Farm Bureau for 1920, and authorized the Auditor to negotiate a school fund loan.
