Interesting Letters From Former Anita Residents
A 1926 Ontario California letter from Hattie Knoll describes Ontario’s irrigated orange belt, real estate advertising, and immigrant wages, with personal news on relatives, friends from Anita, and shared memories. It notes New Year gatherings in Iowa Picnic culture, local longings, and a warm appreciation for Anita Record correspondence.
