Pursuant to a District Court order, the 120 acre Orson Brown Farm in Benton Township Cass County Iowa is offered for sale. The property lies four and one half miles northwest of Anita and about six and a half miles northeast of Wiota. Described as fairly well improved with good water and mostly level land.
