Mrs Dufford of Elgin Utah died at her home three o clock Tuesday age near fifty mother of four children Edwin Merle Phil and Majorie. Geo Aldrich and wife journeyed to Elgin while J H Aldrichs could not travel. Obituary to appear next week. Other items note a court slander suit against Postmaster Blake and a social visit by Mrs Ruggles Red Cross veteran.

Death of Mrs. C. M. Myers in Los Angeles

Friends in Anita announce the death of Mrs. C. M. Myers on April 14 in Los Angeles after a brief illness from a fall. She was eighty. Funeral services were held April 17. She and her husband founded The Bank of Anita in the 1870s, later sold to Senator John C. Voorhees. She is survived by son William Raymond Myers of Los Angeles.
