Fuel Administrator Garfield warns industrial establishments that increasing working time on days other than Monday to compensate for Monday holiday losses will be treated as evading the Monday closing order and violating the decree. A holiday alternative was suggested.
Andrews business leaders call a mass meeting at the town hall next Tuesday at 7 30 p m to form a Board of Trade and discuss growth plans. Organizers urge all local merchants and interested residents to attend and participate in establishing a unified body to attract settlers and industry.

The Majestic Theatre announces a major acquisition securing Brady Made Pictures from World Film Corporation with stars such as Ethel Clayton Carlyle Blackwell Edna Wallace Hopper Kitty Gordon and more. It also booked features from Select Film Corp to draw large audiences.
