Youth Charged in Car Theft Case in West Texas
John Suggs and Ray Phillips recovered a stolen car in Big Spring. Bobby Hunt of Big Spring was charged with theft by bailee. The car belonged to Mr Allbright of Grandfalls. Hunt and Allbright roomed together in Andrews. Billy Berry accompanied Hunt to Big Spring. Suggs reports Hunt and Berry are in Martin County jail on house burglary charges.

Burglars Fail to Take Cash at Farmers Market Heist
Robbers cut through the Farmer's Super Market roof Friday night and opened the safe scattering checks and papers but left no cash. Funeral Services Held Here For Delbert Sellers
Funeral services for Delbert Lee Sellers 39 were held at 3 p m Monday November 17 in the Union Church in Penwell. Rev H F James officiated with Rev Edwin Goram assisting. Sellers died of a heart attack at his father in law’s home in Penwell. He had moved from Crane to Andrews a year ago and worked for Brownie s Well Service Company. Burial followed in the local cemetery with Hubbard Funeral Home of Odess a in charge and Singleton s Funeral Home assisting. Survived by his wife Elaine of Andrews.
