Odessa Texas gears up for the Permian Basin Association Convention and Oil Show June 21 22 with four dances bands and a Western barbecue. Elliott Roosevelt will speak June 21 at 2 30 pm. The Odessa Senior High School Band will lead a large parade featuring oilfield equipment and dozens of bands. More than two thousand advance registrations already sold signal strong local support.
