Public Notice of Tithe Suit Against Numerous Defendants
Court issues a citation requiring a written answer by July 7 1966 in a case about title and possession of 320 acres in Andrews County Texas. The suit names Leland So-Dusree as plaintiff and many defendants including Miriam Glen Johnston Mortimer Williams Bob Williams and Humble Oil as defendants. The claim seeks an undivided 1 32 interest in all minerals and a 1256 royalty in the described lands. Published May 29 June 5 12 19 in Andrews County News.
