School To Open First Monday In September

Explosion Destroys Oil Separator on University D Lease
An explosion wrecked a three-sixteenths inch steel oil separator on the Frankel Bros. Oil Company's University D lease in Pullerton area Friday morning. The separator was blown 93 feet from its base. A. L. Tiny Vickers, switcher on the lease, estimated damages at 3500 dollars. Cause of the blast remains unknown.
