Garnett owns the Crane gas system and says Andrews could justify a local gas setup. He adds Crane's system is profitable and would be a money maker in a few months.

A petition asking for an election on incorporating Andrews is circulating this week with 25 to 30 signers already. The petition will be presented to the county judge once the required signatures are secured.
