Commissioners Attend Lubbock Road Meeting
Marvin M Fisher and C W Roberts attended a road meeting in Lubbock on Friday with representation from more than 28 counties. A permanent organization was formed and resolutions adopted urging the Legislature to re enact the Road Bond Assumption Bill to cover bonds voted and used on state highways up to January 1 1941. Gas Explosion Fatal To One, Two More Seriously Injured
A butane gas explosion at Lockhart and Brown well 12 miles west of Andrews injured three men and killed W. L. Camel. Otis Robison and Eugene Davis suffered burns. Camel died Tuesday evening. The blast damaged a Buick and a light plant.
