Investigators Crack Vandalism Burglary Ring. Four Arrested
Law officials and school officers report four youths arrested for vandalism and burglary with five more picked up on related offenses. A 17 year old and a 15 year old were jailed on breaking and entering charges at the high school. Two 16 year olds linked to tire cuts were nabbed, with others watched.
