Pre School Day Set For Next Friday

Man Shot In Leg By Wife In Family Quarrel
Emilio Gutierrez was shot in the leg by his former wife Rita Gutierrez during a family dispute Monday morning. He was hospitalized at Permian General. Rita was jailed on aggravated assault charges after the shooting near their home. Gutierrez claimed he was taking their children when the confrontation began.
