Wheat sowing progresses well and crops look good. Potatoes and turnips yield well. Local health is good. Mr E P Earle wins contract for re erection of onnner school building. Mr Clinkscales has enrolled one hundred pupils with Miss Dickson as assistant. Methodist group plans a church and Mrs Dickson provides two acres as a site. Farmers report corn acne and corn shocks at night. Large small grain crop sowing underway. Health generally good with minor colds. Vandiver and Mrs Ledbetter visiting Ander son. Visitors attended services last Sunday and Prof Moore spent the weekend. Children Day services held at Bethel Church. A wedding is expected soon and Mr Graham from near here clerks at the post office.
