Slain Slander Suspect in San Antonio Jail
In San Antonio on May 5 a dramatic incident ends in the jail where Mrs. Lennie Taylor, wife of a Sherwood barber, shot and killed E. Wilson of the Sherwood Tron Company who had slandered her. Wilson was jailed last June and the crime occurred about 1 pm after Mrs. Taylor entered the jail and shot the jailer Williams as he served prisoners. No arrests have been made and public sympathy leans toward Mrs. Taylor.
