The county government center on the second floor will host extended hours for registration or transfer. Operations run Thursday September 31 from 3 am to 8 pm, Friday from 8 am to 1 pm, Saturday from 2 am to 12 noon, and Monday October 4 from 9 am to noon as the final day. Judge Larry W.
