Suspect Sought In Torture of 4 Year Old Girl
In Lafayette Indiana a 4 year old girl named Cindy Campbell was found beaten and doused with paint behind a garage after wandering from a babysitter’s home. Police launched a round the clock search for the assailant as doctors labeled her condition fair and described the case as highly sadistic. Authorities urged witnesses to come forward to aid an early arrest.
