Great Lakes director John Inmann Jr. spoke at the Madison County SPCA session with Col. B B Beck from Indianapolis Humane Society. About 100 attended as the program warned that 10 000 dogs and cats are born every hour nationally. Be Kind To Animals Week kicks off May 8 with a Walk for Kindness at Athletic Park at 9 30 a m on Saturday and Sunday.
