Two new board members were elected at the Community Hospital Corporation annual meeting. Delco-Remy comptroller Elwood E. Leathley, a Dayton native, joins from Detroit GM roles and Kiwanis Club. Dr. Joan D. Jones, ophthalmologist, joins hospital staff and serves as medical staff chief. John A. Farr becomes president, Jerry S. Wayt vice president, Lloyd T. Robinson secretary treasurer. Family Planning relocates to third floor offices at 2121 Fletcher St after closing 1407 Locust St. new site opens March 8 with dial 642 993 for services.

YWCA Gettysburg tour plans and dues details
The YWCA schedules a May 22 to 25 Gettysburg tour with reservations April 3 through 17. Costs are 162 for members and 164 for nonmembers, covering bus fare meals tips admissions and two overnights at Holiday Inn. A 50 deposit is due April 3, balance by April 17, with no refunds after April 17 unless a seat is filled.
