Fort Wayne man fatally shot during encounter with armed neighbor

Fort Wayne police report Lincoln Suttle a 31 year old Black man died after a man swung a baseball bat at him and shots were fired as officers arrived. Robert Hatcher a Fort Wayne resident backed away with the attacker then police say Suttle attacked, smashed a bannister and window before pursuing Hatcher down the street. Relatives stormed the hospital ER and were arrested for disorderly conduct before being released.
