Court rules man owed no insurance payments in shells case
Indianapolis report says Greensburg man who sold reloaded shotgun shells at his service station had a policy dispute. Court of Appeals overturned a lower ruling, saying the homeowner policy did not cover business related shells and that the agent misclassified coverage. The action also upheld unemployment benefits for Gold Bond Building Products workers amid a labor dispute.
