Unidentified man found shot on Seymour area road
An unidentified man with brown eyes and black hair, about 5 foot 6 and 170 to 180 pounds, was found along a gravel road three miles south of Seymour with three .25 caliber bullets in the head and a skull fracture. Coroner Victor Burkholder noted the body was found Wednesday and autopsy Thursday revealed the injuries. Authorities said the man may have been killed several days earlier. Meanwhile, a House Appropriation Committee proposed spending totaling 11.1 million dollars on two Indiana public works projects including Mansfield Reservoir, the Lock and Dam at Markland, and a project for a bowling complex with related works.
