Edgewood Suit Seeks Board Injunction Over Sewage Plan
A group of Edgewood property owners filed in Superior Court to enjoin five town board members from acting as such while a public hearing on a new sewage system and disposal plant proceeds. Plaintiffs name Kenneth R. Lewis Paynter W C McLain Ben R Howe Jr and W G Simmerman. defendants include six board members plus clerk treasurer Handy. The suit argues no valid representation has existed since 1990 and seeks a town election. The meeting on the plan is set for 7 30 p m at Edgewood Town Hall.

Charges Filed in Rob er Levemistennon Case at Plant
Circuit Court yesterday charged Rober Levemistennon, 26, of Crescent Ct, with three counts of attempted robbery while armed and related offenses. Police say he confronted Clyde Harless and Kip Turner after noon last Friday, pistol whipped Harless causing a skull fracture, and forced them to drive to the country before being captured by officers near the plant.
