Fairmount Madison-Grant Board Approves 400000 Loan Bids
The Fairmount Madison-Grant School Board met to authorize bidding for loans up to 400000 to finance the 1972 budget year. Bids open January 22. The district recently improved tax receipts by over 15000. Water fluoridation equipment was approved for two elementary schools Liberty and Duckcreek Boone due to water quality concerns. Supt Harold Dick’s contract received a one year extension. Virgil Kirkpatrick was approved to attend a guidance conference at Ball State University. Dick will join the North Central Evaluation Team in Crawfordsville January 16 to 19.
