Fortville Car Crash Kills Two. Several Injured

Fort Wayne man dies after hospital stay

Fred Connally 68, longtime Anderson and Fort Wayne resident and former Indiana Union Traction Company employee, died at his Fort Wayne home after illness. Services planned at McCammon Mortuary in Fort Wayne and then Meeks Mortuary in Muncie with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Yorktown. Survivors include his widow Dorothy, daughter Bal DoBusk, son James Campbell, three grandchildren, and several relatives. He worked as an electrical engineer for Toledo Bearing and owned a shop, and earlier supervised Union Traction car barns in several Indiana cities.
