Purdue Indiana schools seek bond backed funds for 1965 budget
Branigin met with four state universities on Purdue campus to discuss 1965 legislative money requests and campus operations. The group, including presidents Hovde Stahr Holmstead and Emens, eyed nearly 192 million in operating expenses, a 27 percent rise since 1963, and bond authority for new classroom facilities.
