On the northeastern front around Taung Kak and Prakham Cambodian forces report a tightening siege. Cambodian high command says the enemy shifted to short range rockets and recoilless shells while large reinforcements may bring South Vietnamese troops into the battle. Gas reports near Phnom Penh describe a toxic attack at Thmst Pong, with casualties among Cambodian soldiers.

Unit For Blind Celebrate Season With Festive Events
Mrs. Gertrude Webster hosted a Madison County Unit for the Blind Christmas dinner at Elm Grove Christian Church in Anderson. Webster leads the Indiana Association of Workers for the Blind. Sheriff John Guuler provided entertainment. The group recently attended a Christmas party at IPLC Hall in Indianapolis sponsored by All Star Basketball Game and Indiana Power and Light. St. Mary Chorus and Shortridge School contributed. Jim Shelton of WIBC served as emcee.
