Fonda Trial Deadlocks as Jurors Report Mistrial
Los Angeles upi A jury deadlocked in the marijuana possession case against actor Peter Fonda 26 and three co defendants. Altberg 22 was acquitted while Haeberlin 22 faces potential retrial with Robischon 23. Judge Barand ler ordered return for possible new trial or disposition on December 27. The Tarzana home linked to the case was leased in Haeberlin name.
