Conrad Still Uncertain Over Master Plan Probe in Indiana
Indiana Secretary of State Larry Conrad said he still does not know who produced a controversial master plan for his political career but named 25 staff and associates who were polygraphed. He noted 40 staffers were not tested, cited a fingerprint on a copy, and pledged to end the probe after financial strain and personal embarrassment concerns.
