Kriss Trial Set for Jan 9 in Henry County Court
Highland High School star Rick Kriss who transferred from North Judson faces a trial January 9 in Henry Circuit Court over his eligibility. Kriss, a 6 3 forward and Highland’s leading scorer at 17.0 ppg on a 3 2 team, was initially ruled ineligible by the IHSAA but remains with the squad thanks to a Madison Superior Court restraining order issued November 4. The case moved to Henry County after a November 15 hearing, with IHSAA seeking dismissal of that order and trial date set by Judge Wesley Ratliff.
