Teachers in the West Central Education Association plan a Thursday vote on backing the new school board transfer policy. A 7 p.m. meeting at Frankton High School gymnasium is open to the public, while the executive council will discuss the issue in private at 6:30 p.m. Local opponents warn the added transfers would cost about 129000 over five years.
