An Indiana girl was held after fatally shooting Texas officer Albert J. Arreola in El Paso. She claimed she returned from Juarez with the gun to scare him during a quarrel at Crystal Palace Cafe, and it discharged as he tried to seize it. The officer died early Monday after the Sunday night incident.
