CRIME IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
A caller reported a loud party with more than 100 juveniles at 9:53 p.m. Saturday on the 0 block of University Avenue. Deputies later cited a person for being in possession of marijuana.
Suspicious person/circumstance. 3:59 a.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Pa-verstone Lane.
Tow truck. 2:20 p.m. Tuesday. Hanoverian Way and Falabella Drive.
Id theft. 12:55 p.m. Tuesday. 0 block of Carlisle Court.
Burglary alarm-audible. 4:28 p.m. Monday. 0 block of Shively Road. An alarm was cleared after deputies made entry.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 2
p.m. Monday. 100 block of Sklar Street. A caller reported a suspicious man who had been walking around for the last hour.
Citizen assist. 9:28 a.m. Monday. 29500 block of Sienna Parkway. A woman reported that a first-grade student ran away 10 minutes ago but was caught by an employee at Trumpet Vine Park. The caller said the employee and the student were on their way back to school and wanted the deputy to go to the office.
Stolen vehicle. 9:14 p.m. Sunday. 100 block of Strawflower Street. A father reported that his son took his car without permission but hung up before giving a description of the Toyota.
es. 6:47 a.m. Sunday. 29300 block of • Antonio Parkway. A caller reported that a security gate officer was out with a man in the community who claimed to be hunting coyotes. The man appeared to be "out of it" and was not cooperating with the security officer.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 3:28 a.m. Sunday. 0 block of Walbert Court. A man wanted deputies to check for a dark colored pickup that was parked behind his wife's white Honda. The man said he heard a man in the bed of the truck making grunting sounds. Suspicious person/circumstance. 3:31 a.m. Sunday. 0 block of Sklar Street. A caller reported that seven or
eight men in the pool area were checking the doors and windows of the office and then going back to the Jacuzzi. The caller said it was suspicious.
Disturbance. 2:25 a.m. Sunday. 27000 block of O'Neill Drive. The Orange County Fire Authority responded to a call where a caller said his friend was banging his head against the bathroom floor and saying he couldn't breathe. The friend said he was trying to hold him down to prevent him from hurting himself.
Suspicious person/circumstance. 6:45 p.m. Saturday. Gillyflower and Zinnia Street. A man said he had inherited a Remington Gamemaster rifle from his father and wanted to know if it was stolen.
Suspicious person/circumstance. 2:31 p.m. Saturday. 0 block of Valmont Way. A caller reported that a man the caller knows was banging on the door and was yelling about possibly trying to break into the house to get his dog back. The caller later called back and said he was willing to give the dog back.
2:08 p.m. Saturday. 0 block of Iron Horse Trial. A man in his 40s, carrying a silver cupboard, was writing down license plates and vin numbers.
Citizen assist. 7:40 p.m. Friday. 29500 block of Sienna Parkway. A man reported that a group of girls took his son's basketball and locked it in a locker at Ladera Ranch Elementary School after an argument. Deputies came and took a petty theft report.
Assault. 11:16 a.m. Friday. 0 block of Starlight Isle. A caller, who works as a process server, said he was assaulted by the person he was trying to serve paperwork to.
