City Council Meetings Move During Chamber Refurbishment
Orange allocates 731000 to update 56 year old City Council chambers and install new sound lighting and video gear while meetings are held at alternate venues through Aug 14. Funding comes from cable fees with recordings posted online after each 6 pm meeting at listed sites including Grijalva Park Hewes Street and Santiago Canyon College.
