Rear view mirror clutter rules still apply in Orange County
Orange County experts say items hanging from the windshield such as fuzzy dice and religious beads can obstruct vision and are not allowed. Transponders may stay in the lower corners or behind the rearview mirror, with GPS and other devices permitted if placement does not block sightlines. Also noted is a new Spanish and Vietnamese traffic court scheduling option at occourts.org or 877-872-2122.
