Soundwall dispute nears end between Anaheim and Yorba Linda

Anaheim and Yorba Linda plan a joint stipulation to dismiss a lawsuit blocking a railroad soundwall at the Anaheim Hills city line. Santa Ana Superior Court hearing set for July 29 could end the case, but start of construction remains unlikely before January due to multiple agency reviews and a required Burlington Northern Santa Fe agreement.
