A Newport Beach developer plans a $55 million 153 unit condo on Lewis Street near Katella Avenue and a $364 million Jefferson Stadium Park project across from Angel Stadium. Each would require city approval and could start by late 2016 or early 2017, adding 1,079 apartments and 9,800 square feet of commercial space plus a 1 acre park.

Merchants Aid Students With Music Donation at NAMM Show
The Anaheim City School District received a 10000 donation from the National Association of Music Merchants NAMM during its Anaheim Convention Center trade show. NAMM volunteers fundraised for music education and donated instruments to James Guinn Elementary as part of the event drawing about 100000 attendees and 1600 exhibitors worldwide.

Orange County Coastkeeper expands its SmartScape Program to promote drought-tolerant gardening in Anaheim and Garden Grove.
