Garden and culinary career lessons bloom in local schools
Second grader Corinne Cozza leads an expanding 8 by 80 foot garden at James Guinn Elementary turning garden work into science and math lessons. Katella High School’s Hoffman built a full commercial kitchen and catering program through grants and industry ties, giving students real life culinary experiences.
