Masonic Temple Dedication Planned in Guthrie Oklahoma
The $200000 Masonic Temple of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in Guthrie Oklahoma nears completion and will be dedicated during a three day reunion on May 28 20 and 20 1907 with evening activities for ladies and a banquet. Albert Pike Lodge No 60 PF & A M will exemplify the Third Degree on May 27. Luncheon and dinner will be served for all over the three days. The temple features special parlors and reception rooms for ladies during degree work.

Dutch Picnic Draws Twenty Five Families in Scheaffer Grove
Yesterday in Scheaffer Grove about twenty five families enjoyed a genuine Dutch picnic. The Kuwitaky orchestra provided music while games entertained the children. Judge Preger heard Hill Lemp on a German claim and acquitted him due to relation to Ed Kaiser. Refreshments were served as the crowd dispersed before the rain.

German immigrant John Peterson dies at Almshouse
John Peterson, 68, died this morning at the Almshouse between five and six after suffering consumption. Born in Germany, he came to the United States during the opening, worked on the railroad until illness disabled him, and he lived the last year at the Almshouse. Funeral arrangements placed at the city cemetery with a coffin furnished by Lillian M. Roberta and town children.

Knowles Found Guilty in Fort Reno Court Martial
Corporal Knowles colored of company A Twenty-fifth infantry was found guilty of murderously assaulting Captain Edgar B Macklin at Fort Reno December 21. The court martial at Fort Sill submitted the finding to General McCasky for sentence. He will be disrobed of his identity and sent to Leavenworth or Alcatraz. The court officers left Lawton that night.
