An adjournment motion by Mr Divers was debated and carried after revisions.

Attorneys were P. L. Jorgenson for the plaintiff and A. J. Morris for the defense. Deputy J. T. Bell, tracking a lost horse from Binger, found it and earned $25. Sheriff’s office issued 1700 tax warrants this year, 100 more than last year. deputies busy serving them.
