Book Concern Loses Suit Over Boarders Books
In county court Wednesday West Publishing sued Mrs. W E White for 80.64 plus interest on books bought by attorney Dunham in 1907. The case centered on a trunk left with the board bill and a claim that Dunham could not move the property. White kept the trunk nine months, found only a photo of the books and no typewriter, and later sold the books for five dollars. The jury returned verdict for Mrs. White.
