The Interior Department states mixed blood Indians on Kiowa Comanche and Apache reservations have equal rights to allotments. Decisions on nonreservation Indians do not affect tribal rights. The June 1 1900 act and treaty provisions protect children of mixed marriages, and Mexicans intermarrying with the tribes are treated similarly. Public notice urged.
