The city of Anadarko Oklahoma adopts Resolution No. 28 authorizing street grading and drainage work on Kansas Washington Arkansas Texas Divers Oklahoma and American Avenues. A special tax assessment funds centerline grading to a new established grade with side guttering for drainage and amends profiles dated February 9 1902. Public protest window and bid process outlined with appraisal by three disinterested appraisers. Passed March 4 1902. Frank Manning president of council acting mayor attests W W Paice city clerk.
