Francisco Sept 19 Rob ert Camarillo assistant United States district attorney announced that no decision had been reached whether to proceed against Rosone C Fatty Arbuckle tomorrow in police court on the murder charge or seek dismissal given the jury indictment for manslaughter. The decision will be made tomorrow morning Brady said after conferring with deputies and with Chief O'Brien and Captain Matheson.

Oklahoma City reported that the state corporation commission issued an order forbidding alleged discrimination by the Fred Harvey company and the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe railroad against men who wish to eat in shirt sleeves. The action follows a complaint filed by Campbell Russell, the commission’s chairman, after he was denied dining in a Harvey dining room at Purcell, Oklahoma, without a coat.
Bagdad temple Mystic Shrine plans a ceremonial trip to Billings on Sept 29 with a special train band and patrol. Sioux Falls Sept 15 Bishop Thomas O Gorman of the Eastern South Dakota Catholic diocese was stricken with paralysis Tuesday. Physicians said he remained in critical condition tonight due to his advanced age of 78 and a sinking spell earlier in the day.
London dispatch reports that negotiations for an Irish peace conference are canceled as Lloyd George rejects Eamonn de Valera entering as representative of an independent sovereign state. He signals possible resumption after consultations, noting only a limited time to reassess positions.
The Brit cruiser Dauntless bearing the bodies of Americans killed when the dirigible ZR-2 collapsed on Aug 24 will reach New York early tomorrow. It will be escorted by destroyers and aircraft into the harbor and dock at the navy yard. A memorial service will be held later with Captain Vogel Resang and Secretary of the Navy Denby attending.
