Montreal Aug 31 The Grand Trunk railroad will apply the same pay rates to employees belonging to the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks Freight Handlers and Express and Station Employes as those set by the U S railway labor board. The Canadian Pacific had adopted the schedule weeks earlier.
