PoE Sues for Damages Against Sheepm an Defendant
Apeelal correspondence from Great Falls reports PoE, a sheepman from Mira City, suing Sheeparam and Armatrons in district court for 90000 damages from a contract dispute over sale of sheep wool. The case was nonsuited, Supreme Court affirmed the ruling, and PoE now seeks $4000 punitive, plus $30000 in other damages, alleging deterioration of property value and travel costs.
